CHOCOLATE CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE

 I know exactly what you are thinking! "Did she just say CHOCOLATE AND PUMPKIN PIE IN THE SAME SENTENCE?" Yes, Yes i did! I successfully mixed my two favorite desserts into one incredible creation!

I have been thinking about pumpkin pie non stop. which is what always happens around this time of year. If i could, i would eat pumpkin pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day! I would eat it without the crust (i know i'm crazy) with whip cream and it would be cold! Ahhhh amazing! Anyway, so this has been on my mind and well, we all know i have a chocolate problem, so every few weeks i love me some brownies. Last night i thought, what would happen if i mixed this box of brownie mix with this can of pumpkin... I gave it a whirl and magic happened! Chocolate, crustless, pumpkin pie was created! My world is FOREVER changed!


Give these a try and let me know what you think. They are so easy, take one bowl and one pan and you don't even have to use a measure cup. I literally made these as i was cleaning the kitchen, ironing, and getting ready to go to the gym (yes i love multi tasking to the extreme!)
 
They can't really officially be called a brownie because they aren't really cake like. They actually have the texture of dense pumpkin pie filling. It is really quite neat. Let me know what you think!
 
PURE DELICIOUSNESS
 
INGREDIENTS
 
1 Box Brownie Mix
1 15 oz can Pumpkin (not pie filling)
7.5 oz milk (i just filled the empty can half way up and dumped it in)
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
 
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
Mix all ingredients together until combined.

Pour in greased 8x8 in pan.

Bake for 35 minutes. 

Let cool.
 
CONSUME!
