Yes It is true i made this last night and it was absolutely amazing! I think it may have become one of my favorite foods. Nothing beats the sweetness of caramelized onions and the contrast of the onions with the goat cheese is just heavenly...my mouth is watering! I used 1 and a half onions and probably 3-4 cups spinach, and this time didn't have mozzarella so opted for colby jack which was just as good. I like to roll the dough out really thin so it is crispy too. Last night i used white crust but wheat crust from trader joes is also very good. YES i have made this recipe multiple times and it is to die for! So if you are wondering what to make for dinner i would highly highly recommend this recipe!
